Agreed model
BON is preparing a luxury fashion, designer and accessories marketplace. Elton’s decision of 13 October 2026: professional sellers only, new goods only and France as the initial market. Designers sell to consumers; BON operates the platform and remains responsible for its own obligations. This document does not itself admit any seller or catalogue.
Seller identification and offer safety
Before listing: verify the selling business, its authority, status and displayed contact details, its rights to products and content, traceability and safety information. Every offer and order must clearly identify its seller. Counterfeit, unsafe and prohibited goods are excluded. Reporting, removal, recall and appeal procedures must operate before opening.
Ranking and remuneration
Existing code provides catalogue sorting and editorial featuring. This does not establish an approved marketplace ranking service. Before opening, document the parameters actually used, their importance, commercial relationships and any effect of remuneration. No sponsored placement or commission rate is agreed in this dossier. An AI recommendation must be distinguishable from a sponsored offer.
Reports and disputes
The preparation contact is ebon@bonenterprise.com. The final process must identify the offer, reason and relevant evidence, acknowledge receipt, process and notify the decision, and provide applicable appeals. Legal counsel must assess DSA scope, any size-related exemptions, the P2B Regulation and French obligations.
