BON Online Shopping terms of use

Purpose and service status
These terms describe access to the information and functions offered by BON. The preparation version does not open sales or contractual seller registration. An enquiry is neither an order nor acceptance of a partnership. Terms applicable to a future sale will be presented before the order.
Use
Users must provide accurate information where required, protect their access credentials and refrain from fraud, impersonation, unlawful content and infringement of third-party rights. Payment information, passwords and sensitive documents must not be sent through a general enquiry form.
Content, interruptions and responsibility
BON distinguishes projects from available services and corrects reported errors. Interruptions may occur; continuous availability is not promised. Responsibility is assessed under applicable rules and the role actually performed. No clause removes mandatory consumer rights or BON’s responsibility for its own obligations.

Questions and reports: ebon@bonenterprise.com. French law is the primary framework for these documents. The French text is the working reference version; the English translation assists understanding. This arrangement does not deprive anyone of mandatory protection or a court having jurisdiction under law. Rules specific to another market must be reviewed before it opens.
