Territory and seller
France is the agreed initial market. Areas actually served, including treatment of Corsica and French overseas territories, remain to be confirmed. This draft does not offer international shipping. The listing and order must identify the seller responsible for fulfilment and the tracking contact.
Charges, timing and incidents
Charges and the delivery date or period must be disclosed before payment for each order. No free-shipping threshold, carrier or two-to-five-day service is confirmed. Plan for orders split between sellers, stock shortages, delays, losses and damage. Carrier terms cannot limit the buyer’s statutory rights where delivery fails.
International expansion
Before adding a country, validate its consumer and product rules, taxes, importer role, customs formalities, restrictions, costs and returns address. A general French-law clause does not replace that assessment.
