Artificial intelligence transparency
PROVISIONAL VERSION — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED · 2026-10-14.2
This version is published provisionally. A qualified French legal review and completion of the outstanding information and operating arrangements are still required before sales open.
Status and purpose
No external AI service is active in this legal and payment copy. Concierge work exists in a separate, undeployed candidate. Future assistance must clearly identify itself as automated before interaction; it will not replace verified seller information or consumer rights.
Notice and limitations
Before an active interaction, users will be told they are using AI. Suggestions may be inaccurate or irrelevant and do not certify provenance, authenticity or suitable sizing. Seller listings are the reference for verified characteristics. A non-AI journey and human contact remain available. Sponsored content must not be presented as a neutral recommendation.
Data and control
Before activation, document the data actually sent, provider, model, purposes, legal basis, retention, transfers, limitations and access to a human contact. Functions in another candidate do not prove integration here. A generated response must not itself make payment, refund or denial-of-rights decisions.
Editorial content and reporting
AI-assisted descriptions must be reviewed by a person and checked against supplier evidence. Synthetic images must not be used as proof of a real product. Report issues to ebon@bonenterprise.com. Use classification and AI Act transparency obligations, particularly Article 50, require review before service launch.
